How much hair or ashes do I need for a necklace?apsible row

ou need very little! For most pendants, a small tuft of fur (about the size of a pea) or a tiny pinch of ashes is perfectly sufficient. Our kits are designed to be meaningful, not to hold a large volume. The included tools help you place this small amount securely.

Are the materials safe and high-quality?apsible row

Absolutely.Our pendants are made from premium materials. Our ceramic urns are lead-free and hand-finished. Every material is chosen for its durability, safety, and beauty to honor your pet.

Is the DIY process difficult? What if I make a mistake?apsible row

Our kits are designed for zero experience!We include easy-to-follow Video Dxplaination and specialized tools (like spill-proof funnels) to make the process simple and secure. Take your time, and you'll find it's a peaceful and manageable experience. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately.

Can I put both hair and ashes in the same pendant?

We recommend choosing one or the otherfor the best results, as they have different densities. However, it is possible to include a few strands of hair with the ashes if you wish. Our tools can help you combine them gently.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, wecannot accept returns on opened DIY kits or used items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship orders within1-3 business days. Shipping within the USA takes5-13business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

I'm nervous about doing this myself. Is that normal?

It is completely normal.This is a deeply emotional process. Many of our customers feel the same way initially, but they find that the act of personally creating the memorial is incredibly healing and brings a great sense of peace. We are here to support you through it.
